This process should be seamless, at least we hope to make it that way. If at any point you are unsure of what to add to your cart or what to include in a text field, feel free to give us a call at 931-250-6490. We will make it as painless as possible for you.
Step One:
Make sure all of your information and selection is correct. If you would like to leave a note in the cart during checkout, feel free as it will help us understand your needs better. When dealing with serialized items such as firearms and NFA products, we ask that you include a copy of a valid Driver's License and a copy of your tax stamps when sending silencers and short barreled rifles.
Step Two:
Download the work order, print and fill it out before mailing anything. We will need this to make sure we are as accurate as possible with your order. When mailing sensitive items, please make sure to follow state laws and pack and label properly. We normally use UPS, tape the boxes well with items securely wrapped in the packaging. We are not responsible for items mailed in loosely in packaging, that will lead to heavily damaged products.
Step Three:
Once the items are received, we will examine them for any damage during shipping and log serialized items in compliance with ATF regulations. We will immediately contact you if their is any issues. If there are no issues, you should receive an update that we have received your order. We will contact you in the coming days or possibly week before we start your project. Some projects are incredibly large and require more time to complete.
Step Four:
Once we contact you, we will verify the details of the job requested and start your project, no changes can be made at this point and may require us to start over if we are far enough in the project. Once completed we will email you photos of your completed project before they depart the facility. While we understand you may be excited for your project, we ask that you limit your inquiries and frequency to a minimum in order to complete your project.
