The MP5 Modular Optic Mount (MMOM) is a precision-machined aftermarket optic mounting solution designed specifically for compatibility with the KAC MP5 Handguard System.

The MMOM enables a variety of optic configurations by utilizing H&K VP9-style optics plates. When paired with an Aimpoint ACRO, Trijicon RMR HD, or Trijicon SRO, along with the appropriate VP9 optics plate, the system provides a co-witness with the MP5’s OEM diopter iron sights.
Note: Co-witness compatibility with other optics has not been tested, and results may vary (YMMV).
We do not recommend using optics with exposed bottom battery compartments such as the standard Trijicon RMR, as this will not ensure a watertight battery seal when mounted with the MMOM. For optimal performance and weather resistance, we suggest sealed battery optics like the Aimpoint ACRO, Trijicon SRO, or Trijicon RMR HD.
